Returns & Exchanges
At Oddcoco, we create limited-edition drops. To maintain the exclusivity and quality of our pieces, we follow a strict Exchange-Only Policy. We do not offer monetary refunds.
1. 7-Day Exchange Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. After 7 days, we cannot offer you an exchange or replacement.
2. Size Exchanges
If the fit isn’t perfect, you can exchange your item for a different size, subject to stock availability.

The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags/packaging intact.

Shipping: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to send the item back to our studio in Kozhikode. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship the new size to you at no additional cost.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items (The Unboxing Rule)
We take great care in our printing and fabric quality. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item:

Mandatory Unboxing Video: You must record a continuous video of yourself opening the package for the first time. This video is required to verify any damage or missing items.

Claims without a clear unboxing video will not be processed.

If a defect is confirmed, we will provide a free replacement or store credit.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or using specific discount codes are not eligible for exchange.
